Member Biography
Brad Mink monitors the city's business climate, works with developers to bring business to Carrollton and assists local businesses in finding markets for their products. As a result, Carrollton provides one of the most innovative and comprehensive economic development programs in the North Texas area. His development background includes previous positions as General Manager of the Wichita Falls Board of Commerce and Industry and Assistant Manager of the Pampa Texas Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Mink has a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Boise State University and completed the six-year Southern Methodist University Institute for Organizational Management program and the Basic Industrial Development Course at Texas A&M University.

International Marketing Initiatives have been a key component of Carrollton's Economic Development strategy to attract foreign business. The city has been successful in promoting locally produced products overseas and gaining the attention of foreign companies to locate facilities within the community. The pro-active effort has resulted in a healthier local economy and continued infrastructure improvement.
