Member Biography

Mr. Graham has been retired since 1998. From 1971-1998 Mr.Graham was President, CEO, and Co-founder of Data Medical Associates, Inc. in Arlington, Texas. Mr. Graham was also President and Co-founder of DMA Latinoamericana, S.A., de C.V., Mexico City, Mexico, a joint venture between DMA and Diagnomed, formed to serve the Latin American health care market. From 1970-1975 Mr.Graham was President and Co-founder of Data Associates, Inc. in Arlington, Texas. He has also been Senior Vice President of Marketing for Recognition Equipment in Dallas, Texas, a manufacturer and world wide distributer of credit card processing systems. He has held several management positions with Control Data Corporation, a manufacturer of main frame computers, and he was a senior engineer prior to this with Bendix Corporation in Los Angeles, CA. From 1992-1998 he served as District Export Counselor for the U.S. Department of Commerce, appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce.

Business Information

Mr. Graham is currently retired. His former company Data Medical Associates, Inc. is a manufacturer of medical diagnositc products with distribution in 33 countries. Major contracts were in Mexico, Canada, Korea and Japan. In 1997 the company initiated acquisition talks with an Australian firm. A major U.S. firm acquired DMA in 1998. The acquisition of the Australian firm was completed after the sale of DMA, expanding the company's manufacturing presence to the U.S., Mexico, Australia, China and Croatia.
