This intensive U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security two-day workshop provides expanded training on the development of an Export Management and Compliance Program (EMCP) and extensive hands-on experience in creating and adapting an audit module for your company, solving illustrative compliance problems and allowing greater opportunity for the exchange of ideas and solutions among peers. This workshop focuses on industry best practices for effective export management and compliance with a strong emphasis on specific strategies to minimize the risk of an export violation. This program will be led by senior export compliance specialists from the Bureau of Industry and Security.
