The District Export Councils of Texas are dedicated to helping Texas companies begin, increase or improve their export business. One of the major programs the Councils provide is the publication of the Texas Exporters Resource Guide and an associated website. These content intensive resources are targeted to reach your clients.

Your company is invited to be a prominent advertiser in this effort. The second edition of the 2005/2006 printed guides will be available in mid 2005, and the website, WWW.ExportTexas.com has been online since early 2004.

CONTENT AND RESOURCE ORGANIZATIONS
The Texas Exporters Resource Guide features the products/resources of multiple international trade organizations including:

• United States Export Assistance Centers (USEAC's) in North Texas (Grapevine, Dallas), Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, South Texas (McAllen) and West Texas (Midland) -assisting companies to find partners with its worldwide network.
• EXIM Bank programs with lists of designated EXIM lenders
• US Small Business Administration's international Finance arm and banks doing SBA export loans
• Office of the Governor - Economic Development and Tourism - State International Division programs and office in Mexico City, doing trade missions, trade shows and catalog events
• Texas Department of Agriculture - international agribusiness exporting programs and financing International Trade Centers SBDC's with headquarters in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Lubbock - teaches companies how to export
• Major metropolitan cities' Chambers of Commerce
• Ports in Texas

Our New Website features access to the business leaders involved in both the public and private sectors that makes up the Texas District Export Councils. The Texas Export Resource Guide, Texas International resources, international news and links to U.S. Dept of Commerce resources, international news and events, and our valued sponsors are also all highlighted there. Your sponsorship will showcase a banner of your support to international business. Currently, the website has received over 50,000 hits in the one year it has been on line. Just think of the exposure to your company with a direct link to your own website.

AUDIENCE AND DISTRIBUTION
We expect to print approximately 25,000 copies of the brochure to be distributed across the State of Texas through the participating resource partners and advertisers to their clients. It will also be available to download on the web site in PDF format. The seven U.S. Export Assistance Centers in Texas are also distributing copies of the brochure. They will also be providing them to their over 180 foreign and commercial offices in more than 90 different countries. These international resource partners serve businesses across the entire State of Texas, and represent over 8-10,000 exporting companies across multiple industry verticals.

Texas is the largest exporting state and there exists no other single resource guide for the growing number of companies that export. The web site is a valuable portal visited more than 150 times per day by serious potential exporters from varied industries as well as business leaders from both the public and the private sectors. Your advertisement in these combined media will collectively reach more than 75,000 potential exporters.

We are limiting the number of advertisers in this publication in order that our featured advertisers are given excellent exposure to their products and services, and we hope your company will be represented in these one of a kind media.

We can only accept high resolution (300 dpi or greater) .EPS or .TIFF formats ONLY. This would be available using software like Illustrator, Photoshop, etc to create your ads. If you would like to use our layout designer to assist you in the development of the ad (additional charge to you directly), please advise Karen Parker.
