Ed Xaudaro has been in the ocean carrier business since 1974, having his start with Matson Agencies in Southern California as a clerk and working his way up in various large American and Japanese carrier companies and Port Authority, to his present position as President of Genmar Maritime Consulting. He has a degree in Business Administration from the United States International University - San Diego, California and during his career
has lived and worked in Australia, Mexico and now Southern Texas. His main areas of expertise are cargo sales, operations and logistics. Ed is the fourth generation in his family to be in the ocean carrier business. Ed is a long standing member of the Texas Camino Real District Export Council for the U.S. Department of Commerce, ex-President of the Navy League - Mexico City chapter, member of the Texas Brokers & Forwarders Association and the Energy & Transport Association.
