Member Biography

Randolph L. Penn is the owner of Penn International. He specializes in creating insurance and banking arrangements that provide foreign and domestic trade credit and protection of receivables. Randy Penn's expertise in international trade and banking earned him a seat on the prestigious Export-Import Bank fifteen member national advisory committee. He has a BBA in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
