Member Biography
Paul E. Neilson has been President of Mensor since 1986 and was one of the founding employees in 1969. Over the years he has been in various positions in operations, engineering and sales. Prior to his employment at Mensor, he worked at Texas Instruments in Houston from 1966 to 1969. Paul graduated from the University of Houston in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Technology and received his MBA from Southwest Texas State University in 1984.
