Arcie Izquierdo Jordan concentrates her practice in the areas of international transactional and investment matters. She represents and counsels U.S. and Canadian manufacturers, motor carriers, and other service providers regarding regulatory compliance, doing business and investing in Mexico. She assists clients seeking to import, transport or distribute internationally and within the U.S. and Mexico. Ms. Jordan also assists her clients with U.S. immigration issues and work authorization in Mexico. She has served on the National Motor Carrier Advisory Committee, a body whose duties include advising the Federal Highway Administration on issues pertinent to international transportation. Ms. Jordan has also served on the Board of various shipper organizations focused on the transportation of freight. Ms. Jordan has experience representing both motor carriers and shippers in cargo loss and damage claims moving by land, sea, and/or air. She has also assisted clients in navigating the intricacies of marine and inland marine insurance.
